Our story
Celdric Real Estate was established in 2023 by Celdric Oyovwe to build on his experience in construction and property development, beginning in Warri and expanding toward a broader Nigerian real estate platform.
Our journey into real estate began with a simple belief: a house should be more than a structure; it should be a reflection of modern living, security, quality and pride.
Based in Warri, Delta State, we recognised growing opportunities in developing areas such as Jeddo and Bokodo, where demand for well designed homes continues to grow. We began by acquiring incomplete properties, transforming them through modern architectural designs, improved facilities and thoughtful finishing, and bringing them to market as distinctive, contemporary homes.
Our first real estate project was an incomplete house that we completely transformed with modern facilities, including improved parking, solar power, an inverter system and other upgrades. Since then, Celdric Real Estate has completed six projects, with three more currently under development.
One of our proudest milestones was successfully completing and selling a flipped property for over ₦80 million.
Building in today’s Nigerian economy requires discipline, resilience and careful financial decisions. While managing multiple projects simultaneously, we learned that sustainable growth matters. That experience shaped our approach: deliver strong individual projects rather than taking on more than we can responsibly manage.
Today we are a founder led development company. Trust is built on completed work, documentation, a physical presence in Warri, and clear communication, not on the founder’s name alone.
