Start with a real asset
An attractive real estate opportunity is one where the buyer or partner can see the asset, understand the documents, and understand how money comes back, through sale, rental, or an agreed project distribution.
Percentages are not a substitute for a project
Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission has warned the public about unregistered online investment schemes and claims of unrealistic or guaranteed returns. A percentage on a flyer is not evidence.
